CLASS TIMETABLE
Our schedule runs 6 days a week between 6:00am and 9pm with sessions lasting between 45 mins to 1 hour. Our timetable ensures you get the best out of your training with supervision guaranteed at every session.
Taking into account each individual’s fitness levels and goals, you will train at a pace suited to your needs and will never be forced to keep up with others in the group.
