Our group size will never exceed a maximum of 4. This means our qualified trainers can provide personal attention to everyone in the group, no matter what your goals or where you are in your fitness journey.


Our programme incorporates a number of science-based sessions, designed to target all major body groups. From upper body to legs and core resistance training, to circuit training and HiiT style classes and cardiovascular workouts, you’ll receive a full body workout to get you in the shape of your life. Our focus is holistic, so we place great emphasis on your posture and correct movement to avoid injury and optimise results.
