Every client will have their own unique goals and it’s our job to adapt and work with you to achieve them. From the very first consultation, we spend time with you to really understand what it is that you want to achieve and work with you to decide how to hit those goals.

  • 1 to 1 coaching

  • Free in-house initial consultation

  • Movement assessment

  • In house personalised programme

  • Nutritional & Weight loss advice with personalised macronutrient count

  • £50 - 60 mins

  • First Block of 10 Sessions £500 - Thereafter £550 (Our most popular package)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We recognise that fitness is a lifestyle and each individuals lifestyle is different, therefore we will individually tailor your fitness training to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring these fit in with your day to day lifestyle.


Not only does having the support of a personal trainer increase motivation and accountability when it comes to weekly workouts, but we also help you to maximise your time at the gym, prevent injury and see more consistent results.

 

Our job is to set our clients up for success from the first day you walk through the door. We focus on training, nutrition, programming, accountability coaching, lifestyle habits, progress and so much more. After a few sessions, you will have a greater understanding of what you are doing, why you are doing it and how it will benefit you.
