The PTs are so friendly, helpful and welcoming whatever your fitness goal or ability is, there is a great variety of different workouts every week so you never get bored of the same style of training. The trainers focus one to one in the small sessions so you feel a personal focus and confidence on form, delivery and progression, getting the most out of your session, which is a massive benefit rather than loads of you in a class.

As someone who can lack motivation to create my own workouts in an open gym and needing that push and guidance; ClashFit gives me the best of both, great workouts with dedicated trainers and a reasonable monthly cost! The trainers are so attentive to their members and work with them, to achieve their goals. Within weeks I saw a difference in the mirror and felt fitter in myself.

I have been training with ClashFit now for over 3 months, I was nervous to take the plunge to start the group classes as I wasn’t sure I would be able to do all the exercises and keep up, however Joe and Jin are great coaches and eased my nerves straight away, they take the time to educate you on the correct techniques and make everyone feel so welcome whatever level you are at.

GEORGE SOLDINGER

I came to Jin and Joe with a goal to build muscle and get stronger. They both have great knowledge and can help with you no matter how big or small your goals are. I also had really tight hips and lower back pain which they have helped with. I would defiantly recommend these guys.
